Ratalyachya Satorya by Amhi Sare Khavayye


Ratalyachya satorya is a traditional Maharashtrian sweet dish made with sweet potato, sugar and Rajgira flour. Satorya means Stuffed roti. Stuffing and outer cover can vary according to everyone's preference. This recipe is for Fasting. Therefore, Rajgira flour has been used for cover and Sweet potato mixture is used as stuffing. This dish taste amazing along with a dollop of Pure ghee.
