Fruit raita is a refreshing condiment which goes really well with any spiced rice dishes. You can use any fruits (Usually sweet and sour) like Pear, Mango, Pomegranate, Apple, Banana, Peach etc. First, chop these fruit into small pieces and then add them to fresh yogurt. To spice up the raita, add roasted cumin, mustard seeds, red chili flakes, mint leaves and little salt. It is a delicious, quick condiment which will make your food more palateble.
