Fruit Karanji by Amhi Sare Khavayye


Karanji is a Maharashtrian deep fried stuffed dumplings, usually prepared during diwali festival. The stuffing can be sweet or savory. This recipe is another variant of the traditional recipe. Fresh fruits like papaya, apple, orange and many more are used as stuffing. It tastes amazing. However, these Karanjis should be consumed immediately as fresh fruits have been used for stuffing.
