Mysore Masala Dosa by Sanjeev Kapoor

Dosa is a south Indian crepe recipe made of Rice and black lentils. Different variations can be done to basic plain dosa. Mysore Masala dosa is one of the greatest variations. In this version, spicy red chutney spread inside dosa along with Potato bhaji. Try this delicious dosa and enjoy it with Sambar and coconut chutney.

Pav Bhaji by Sanjeev Kapoor

Pav bhaji is a famous Mumbai Street food. Bhaji means vegetable curry. It is made of various vegetables mainly onion, tomato, bell pepper, green peas, cauliflower, and potato. Aromatic spice blend, ginger-garlic paste, and red chili powder make this curry more flavorful. This curry is served along with Pav (Bread). It is finally garnished with Cilantro and fresh lemon juice. Pav-bhaji can be eaten as evening snack or as a one dish meal.
