Besanwali Bhindi by Sanjeev Kapoor


This is a Rajasthani style Bhendi recipe. First, Bhendi is stuffed with an amazing spice mixture and then sauteed in oil along with Besan. This dish requires little extra oil than every day sabzi recipes. This dry bhendi sabzi goes well with Chapati (Indian bread)
