Chicken Ghassi by Sanjeev Kapoor


In this video, Chef Sanjeev Kapoor shows you a Indian Southern coastal Chicken dish. 'Chicken Ghassi' is a traditional South Indian spicy Curry dish. In this recipe, marinated chicken is cooked in ground paste of fresh coconut. This paste is prepared by grinding fresh coconut, different dried herbs, dried red chilies and onion. Chicken Ghassi tastes amazing with white rice or Indian bread. Vegetarians can substitute chicken with any vegetable along with Paneer.
