Maa cholay ki Dal by Sanjeev Kapoor


Maa cholay ki dal is a north Indian curry made with Chana Dal and Urad Dal. It is a quicker version of Dal Makhani. This curry is popular for its buttery taste and exotic flavor of Indian spices. This curry goes well with Indian flat bread and white rice.
