Mysore Masala Dosa by Sanjeev Kapoor


Dosa is a south Indian crepe recipe made of Rice and black lentils. Different variations can be done to basic plain dosa. Mysore Masala dosa is one of the greatest variations. In this version, spicy red chutney spread inside dosa along with Potato bhaji. Try this delicious dosa and enjoy it with Sambar and coconut chutney.

Very bad way of making a mysore masala dosa. The amount of roasted channa dal that has been added here is too much. And the dosa batter isnt spread evenly and is not completely cooked as well.
