Kalingad Cake (Konkani Watermelon Cake)


Watermelon is a delicious and juicy fruit with many health benefits. Watermelon's flesh is generally eaten raw. However its rinds and white part of flesh is also edible. In this recipe, the white part is used to make thick pancake. It is a Konkani recipe which is known as Dhondas. It is generally served with coconut milk along with the meal.
