Choco Shells
This is a kids special recipe. Choco shells can be a fun snack for kids. Biscuits layered with sweet chocolaty icing and hint of coffee. Choco shells taste yummy and look very inviting. This recipe is very easy to make and kids would love it. Do try it!

Maria Biscuits
Coco Powder
Ghee
All purpose Flour
Instant Coffee Powder
Icing Sugar
Step 1: In a bowl, add 2 tsp Instant Coffee, 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour and 1 to 2 tbsp Icing Sugar. Mix together. Add water and make thin consistency mixture.
step 2: In other bowl mix 1/2 to 3/4 cup Icing Sugar, 3 tbsp Ghee, and 1 tbsp coco powder. Make very thick mixture.
step 3: Dip Maria Biscuits into Coffee mixture one at a time(Step 1). Do not soak, just dip and remove immediately. Make a stack of biscuits.
Step 4: Spread Icing Sugar mixture (Step 2)evenly over stack of biscuits from outside. and make a big roll.
Step 5: Set in the refrigerator for few minutes. Slice as shown in the video.
