Shahi Tukda by Vah Chef


Its a very rich Indian Dessert. White Bread pieces are deep fried in pure Ghee and soaked into sugar syrup. Thick rubdi (Reduced milk with sugar) is poured on the top fried and soaked bread. Finally garnished with fried dry fruits pieces.
