Kolhapuri Tambda Rassa

Kolhapuri Tambda Rassa or Kolhapuri Red Curry is very spicy chicken curry. This dish belongs to Kolhapur region, Maharashtra. Tambda rassa has very pungent flavor. This recipe requires lot of spices to make it very spicy and flavorful. Also if you have pre-made Kolhapuri Chicken, this curry will be done within half an hour.
