Paneer Frankie - Amhi Sare Khavayye

Paneer is an Indian Cheese made by curdling Milk. It tastes very similar to Tofu. Frankie is nothing but any tortilla or Roti rolled around savory mixture of cooked veggies or meat.
In this recipe, Fresh paneer is sauteed with Onion, tomato and spices. Then Tortillas are made out of wheat flour dough. Finally mint chutney is spread on each tortilla and stuffed with paneer mixture. Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.

Vegan people can substitute Paneer with Tofu.
