Fish Taco by Chef Jason

Taco is a Mexican dish composed with hard or soft taco or Tortilla, stuffed with grilled meat or fresh vegetables. Fish taco is very popular in California. Marinated fish meat is grilled and stuffed into hot Tacos. Then garnished with 'Fish Taco white sauce' and cabbage.
It can also be enjoyed with Avocado Dip or Guacamole and Salsa !
