Bisi Belle Bhath by Vah Chef

Bisi Bele Bhat is a rice dish from Karnataka. Bisi Bele Bhat means Hot Lentil Rice. In this recipe rice, lentils, vegetables are cooked together. Dry roasted spices and few lentils are powdered and this powder is used in this rice to give nice flavor. The spice is mixture is readily available in Indian Grocery store. But the taste of fresh spice blend makes this recipe more delectable and flavorful.
It is really a healthy dish which serves vegetables, lentils and rice together in one bowl of serving. Also it requires very less amount of Oil. Enjoy!
