Refried Beans Tacos with Ranchero Sauce


A Taco is a very traditional Mexican dish made of corn of wheat flour. Taco is usually stuffed with different vegetables, meats and beans.
This video shows you how to make Tacos with refried beans with various vegetables. You will also get to learn, how to make 'Hot Ranchero sauce' to add a spicy punch to the tacos. Before serving, garnish the tacos with lots of cheese.


Ingredients:
Mexican tacos
100 ml pineapple juice
finely chopped tomato
black pepper powder
Cilantro
Onion and green Chilies
Refried Kidney beans
lettuce
Thinly sliced capsicum, colored
3 Whole tomatoes
Garlic
Brown Sugar
Dry Red Chilies
Wooster sauce

direction:
1) Roast Tomatoes over grill or over pan for 10 minutes.
2) Roast Dry red Chilies for 3-4 minutes.
3) Ranchero sauce
Grind together - Roasted Tomatoes, roasted red chilies, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp Wooster sauce and salt to taste.
4) Stuffing:
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Saute onion, green chilies, tomato, beans, ranchero sauce, capsicum, salt and cilantro.
Stuff this mixture in tacos. garnish with lettuce and cheese. Serve immediately.
