Palak Dhokla by Sanjeev Kapoor


Dhokla is a very popular Gujarati steamed snack. Usually it is made with Chana dal or Besan flour. In this recipe, toor dal has been used. To make it more healthy, spinach is also added. The recipe is almost similar to original dhokla recipe, however use of spinach makes it more healthy and more attractive. Enjoy!
