Dabeli by Khana Khajana


Dabeli or double roti is a famous Indian street food originated in Gujarat. However, it is very much popular in Mumbai. Very soft Indian-style dinner bread (Pavbhaji bread) is stuffed with Spicy mashed potato, sweet and spicy chutneys. To make butter dabeli, just roast it over some butter. Though, it tastes good without roasting too.



For Non-marathi readers, here is the list of Ingredients which has shown at the end of the video.

Ingredients:
Round Buns (Pavbhaji Bread) - 4
Dabeli Masala Powder - 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Onion - 3 medium
Finely chopped Tomato - 2 medium
Salt to taste
Potatoes - 2 big
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Masala Peanuts - 1/4 cup
Fresh shredded coconut - 1/4 cup
Coriander - 2 tbsp
Nylon Sev - 1 cup
Pomagrenate carnels - 1/4 cup
Black grapes - 10-12
Tamarind Sweet Chutney - 1 cup
Red chilies and Garlic chutney - 1/4 cup
