Moong Dal Dosa

The right name to refer this food is dhosai is and not dosa as it is referred in some instances. This food, rich in carbohydrates and proteins, is a typical South Indian food taken as breakfast or dinner.
Regular dosa batter is made from rice and split, skinned urad bean (black lentil) blended with water and left to ferment overnight.
In this video Manjula Auntie will show us how to make Moong Dal Dosa which is little different than regular dosa as you don't have to ferment the batter overnight.
