Gujarati Sooji Dhokla


Dhokla is steamed Savory Cake. Originally, it is made by fermenting Chickpea flour batter, which takes lot of time. Sooji Dhokla is Instant version of Dhokla. Sooji or Semolina mixed with Yogurt and other spices. Then steamed for 15 minutes.
This Dhokla tastes great with Green Chutney or Tamarind Chutney
