Neer Dosa by Khanakhazana
Neer in Kannada, stands for water. The batter for this dosa has watery consistency. Hence, the name is Neer dosa. To make neer dosa, rice is soaked for 4-5 hours and ground to fine paste. consistency is adjusted by adding enough water.
Neer dosa is generally accompanied by Fish Curry, sambar and Coconut chutney.
