Phulka by Show me the curry

Phulka is a version of Indian Chapati. Phulka is prepared in the same way the chapati does but there are few differences. Phulka is oil free, it is rolled little thicker than normal chapati. And the main difference is it is cooked half time on tawa and half time on direct fire. It taste better if eaten hot. It tastes good without any condiment but goes great with any Indian curry
