Irish Coffee Icecream

It is a coffee flavored dessert with some Irish whiskey (Bourbon). Mixture of Instant espresso coffee powder and Irish whiskey is mixed with softened coffee icecream. This mixture is refrozen again. While serving, Icecream is topped with whipped cream and chocolate curls. Coffee flavored Icecream can be a great dessert after stomach-full meal.
