Croissants by Chef Pino


Croissant is a puff pastry which has delicious buttery flavor. Along with the buttery taste, it is crispy outside and flaky inside. Croissants are made by layering yeast dough with butter and rolling and folding a few times in succession. Croissant pastry can also be wrapped around chocolate before baking to give create sweet croissants. It can also be stuffed with other fillings like cheese, ham, bacon, veggies to make it in different flavor.
