Rava Ladu

Of all laddus, Rava ladu are probably the most famous ones. They are easy to make. It is easy and quick sweet for the festival of Diwali or for any other occasion. Rava Ladu are made in various combinations with Nariyal( Coconut Rava Ladu), Besan (besan Rava Ladu), Dryfruits etc. Good Laddus are not too soft or chewy. And they should have sweet aroma of ghee. Cardomom is used to flavor the Laddus.
