Masala Papad


Papad is usually served as accompaniment to Indian meal. Papads are thin, sun dried tortilla. It can be cooked by deep frying or roasting over flame. Papad can be made from different flours like black gram, chickpea, rice etc.
Masala papad is a great appetizer, topped with chopped tomato, onion, cilantro, green chilies.
It is a very healthy and easy recipe, which is Oil free and topped with chopped Tomato and Onion.
