Gulab Jamun


Gulab jamuns are basically sweet fried flour balls (Made from Khava) in intensely flavoured Sugar syrup. Gulab jamuns are generally kept in sugary syrup for a while before serving. This maked the balls soak sugar and they become fluffy. Good GUlab jamun are soft, and they melt in mouth. The syrup is flavoured with saffron, cardamom or rose water. This desert can be served hot or cold. It is sometimes combined with Kulfi or iceream to enhance its richness.
