Green Peas ghugra (Karanjee) by Tarla Dalal


Ghughra or Karanji is a half moon shaped deep fried snack. Any kind of stuffing, sweet or savory, can be used to make these.
The following recipe makes savory ghughra. The stuffing is very simple and made of green peas.
It is a great tea time snack
