Calzone


Calzone is an Italian turnover made from pizza dough and assorted fillings.
Prepared stuffing is spread over rolled pizza dough. The stuffing is then top with some cheese. Rolled pizza dough is folded like a moon shape. To secure the stuffing, edges are sealed. This calzone is baked in oven.
A delicious dish, perfect for rainy season.
