Oil free Vegetable Biryani - Khanakhazana


Vegetable Biryani is an Indian flavorful Rice dish. In this recipe, Spicy vegetables and Rice is layered into a heavy bottom pan. This is cooked for few more minutes to infuse the flavors of spices. Lots of ghee is added to make the biryani more rich.

Hi,

I love Chicken Biryani. However I feel that it a high calorie count. Is there any ingredient that I can substitute with one that has a lower calorie count? I've tried searching and this is all I found : http://goo.gl/AmGD
