Aloo Tikki Chaat by Sanjeev Kapoor

Aloo Tikki chat is a very popular North Indian Chat recipe. In this recipe, spicy urad dal is stuffed inside Tikkis made of boiled and mashed potatoes. Then these tikkis are shallow fried over hot griddle until golden brown and crispy.
These tikkis are then, garnished and flavored with yogurt, sweet and hot chutneys, and other Indian spices.
This is a great appetizer recipe which you can prepare ahead of time for small party.
