Eggless Chocolate Cake by Khanakhajana


This is a wonderful eggless cake recipe, moist and absolutely delicious. Not only that, it hardly takes any time to prepare. This recipe is very helpful for new learner as it won't go wrong anywhere. Condensed milk makes the perfect fluffy cake. Enjoy



List of Ingredients in English:
250 Gram All purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 Tbsp Coco Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
400 Grm Condenses Milk
1 cup Milk

hi
i tried baking this cake for 2nd time and both the times it bakes perfectly well but the middle is not cooked...can u please tell why ?? m baking it at 320 F...
also how much cups = 250 gms of all purpose flour..

Hello Namrata,

You have to bake @ 390 F (200 C= 390 F)
250 gram flour is equal to 2 measuring cups of flour.

I am a lil confused abt the flour measurements ....What is 2 measuring cups approx... have just finished baking as above in a square tin but the cake is not cooked yet.... can u also tell howmusc ml of milk is approx reqd?I cup is how much ml exactly
