Roasted Lamb Leg by videojug


Lamb is meat of younger sheep, aged less than one year. It has very fine texture, also the meat is very tender.
To make roasted Lamb leg, lamb leg is first marinated with mustard, then seasoned with salt and pepper. Some garlic cloves and fresh Rosemary inserted inside lamb leg to give nice garlic-rosemary flavor. Marinated leg is then roasted in the oven. Roasted Lamb leg makes good and delicious dinner.
Enjoy this smoky roasted lamb with sauteed fresh vegetables or roasted potato wedges.
