Kelyache Mulka (Banana Flavored fried sweet)

Kelyache mulka is a very traditional sweet from Karwar, Karnataka. It is also popular in Konkan region, Maharashtra.
It is made from overly-ripe bananas, semolina, jaggery and coconut. These ingredients then combined to make a semi-stiff dough. Small balls formed with this dough and fried until golden brown. Combination of jaggery, coconut and bananas tastes amazing.
