Pudachya Karanjya


A famous fried snack from Nagpur, Maharashtra. Cilantro (Coriander) is the main stuffing ingredient. Other than cilantro; fresh coconut, onion and some spices are added to make savory mixture. This mixture is then stuffed in wheat flour pastry. After sealing, the pastry is deep fried in oil till golden brown.
Serve hot with coriander chutney.
