Paruppu Vada by Khana khazana


Savory deep fried vada made of 3 types of dal (urad, arhar, and chana). First, all dals are soaked for couple of hours and then ground with some seasonings. Ground dal mixture is then deep fried till golden in color. For detail recipe, please watch the video.
