Daliya Upma


Daliya or Cracked wheat is a wheat product made from whole raw wheat kernels which are crushed or cut into smaller pieces. Because cracked wheat is made from whole wheat berries, it carries a great deal of nutrition and fiber.
Daliya upma is a healthy breakfast dish. In this recipe Daliya is first pressure cooked. Then sauteed in a tempering alongwith various vegetables.
