Falafel by Video Jug

Falafel is a popular Mediterranean snack made of Chickpeas. It is also very famous as street food in many countries. Soaked chickpeas are ground with some spices and fresh herbs like Cumin, Coriander, Parsley. Then patties made out of this mixture is deep fried in Oil. As a main dish, it is served as 'Falafel sandwich', wrapped or stuffed in Pita bread. However, It is served as snack with Hummus and Tahini sauce.
